Bhala Industries uses information supplied through this website to assess quotation requests, review purchase-order submissions, communicate with customers, deliver agreed services, maintain commercial records and protect the website from abuse.
Information collected
- Contact name, company, email address and telephone number.
- Project, delivery and location information.
- Products, services, quantities, specifications and supporting commercial references.
- Technical security information such as a hashed network address and browser identifier.
- Workflow notes created by authorised Bhala staff.
Use and sharing
Information is used for legitimate commercial, operational, legal and security purposes. It may be shared with authorised Bhala staff, approved service providers and professional advisers where necessary. It is not sold.
Storage and retention
Commercial requests are stored in protected server storage. Bhala retains records only for the period required for enquiry handling, contracting, legal obligations, dispute management and business records. Bhala management must approve the final retention schedule before public launch.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing info@bhalaindustries.com. Bhala may need to verify identity and may retain information where law or an active commercial relationship requires it.
Security
Bhala uses access controls, protected storage, encrypted transport, audit history and backups. Suspected incidents are investigated under the approved incident process.
