Quotation and order-submission terms

Quotation requests
A BHALA-RFQ-* reference confirms that the website recorded a request. It is not a price, offer, stock reservation, delivery commitment or technical approval.
Order requests
A BHALA-ORD-* reference confirms receipt of an order request. An order is not accepted until Bhala provides written acceptance after reviewing the approved quotation, purchase-order number, quantities, specifications, availability, delivery, tax and payment terms.
Specifications
The customer is responsible for providing accurate requirements. Bhala may request drawings, models, dimensions, standards, site conditions or other information before confirming suitability.
Pricing and delivery
Prices, VAT treatment, delivery charges, lead times, validity periods and payment terms appear only in the formal written quotation or order acceptance. Website content must not be treated as a guaranteed price or availability statement.
Documents
Customers must not submit unlawful, malicious or irrelevant material. Supporting documents are accepted only through an approved secure upload or agreed business channel.
Errors and availability
Bhala may correct obvious errors, reject incomplete or unauthorised requests, and suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.
